Purchase Verification:

First time purchasers may experience a small delay in the shipping of larger orders. IT Guidance requires orders of five hundred dollars and over to be verified as described in our Payment Policy. We apologize for this delay, but it is necessary to protect our customers who may be unwitting victims of credit card fraud or other nefarious means of theft.

Purchase Date vs. Shipping Date:

IT Guidance processes orders within 2 Business days.

Testing:

All IT Guidance Systems are tested for a 24 Hour period before shipping.

Shipping Rates:

Our shipping rates are calculated to include our cost on packaging and handling, then calculated using the rates given to us by our shipping agents. Occasionally the shipping rate for an item may be higher than normal due to a calculation error by our software. Customers who believe that the rate may be lower than shown may contact us and request an adjustment. If IT Guidance notices a serious discrepancy between the web calculated rate and our costs, we will decide the issue in favor of the customer.

When possible IT guidance will include all items in one box. Items such as monitors, cases, complete systems, merchandise with an irregular shape, and large orders may require multiple boxes for shipping. In some instances due to the software used to calculate our shipping, there may need to be an adjustment in the price for these types of orders. IT Guidance will notify the customer before making an adjustment to these orders in all cases, unless the customer states in the comments section they are aware of it, or the item listed specifically states that it qualifies for multiple box shipping in its description. Multiple orders for the same customer to the same location may ship in the same box.

Package Delivery:

The buyer must arrange for receipt of the product. If you will not be available at the shipping address when the carrier comes to deliver, please coordinate a solution with the carrier (such as leaving a delivery acceptance note on the door). All returned or refused shipments are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee to the buyer. There will be an additional fee to the buyer for incorrect or mistyped shipping addresses.
